Q: Why do i get Moss in my lawn?

A: Various factors cause Moss in lawns Shade/poorlight, poor drainage/compacted surface, Acidic soil, Mower scalping on undulations.            

Q: How often should   I water my new lawn?                  

A: Subject to water restrictions irrigate every evening as the sun is dipping for the first week-10days then reduce to every other night for a further week then every third night for a further week then atleast once per week All this effort is required during early establishment        

Q: How often do I need to feed my lawn   ?    

A: dependent on soil type 4-5 times per season, sandy soils require more clay soils   may require less

Q: Now   I have a nice lawn how do   I keep it   this good ?

A: Regular mowing and maintence at least every week plus an annual renovation an M.O.T for your lawn, a bash with the strimmer and mower once a fortnight is not enough

Q: How do   I know what turf to buy? the stuff they sell at my local small nursery is green/lush  looks good   and its cheap

Q: I treated my lawn with a weed and feed and   now I have dead patches dotted around my Lawn happened?

A:   I come across this problem fairly often, usually its because the weeds didn't go within a week so the person gives them another squirt resulting in overdose/scorch killing all the grass surrounding the weed . PLEASE ALWAYS FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND BE PATIENT
